How to use categories well
Start with the job, not the file type.
A board pack, inbox triage routine, stakeholder tracker, and travel brief all solve different problems, even if they happen to end up in the same document format. Browsing by category helps you find the working structure behind the task.
- Use categories when you know the workflow but not yet the exact template.
- Open a few examples in the same category and compare how they handle owners, timing, and follow-up.
- Once you find a structure that works, save your edited version and improve it after real use.
