About

A working reference shelf, not another file dump.

The Executive Assistant Templates exists because most "template sites" are dumping grounds. We curate, organise, and write templates the way experienced Executive Assistants actually work — practical structure, sensible prompts, room for judgement.

Why this library exists

Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, and Office Managers keep organisations moving. The job rewards judgement, discretion, and reliability — and almost none of those qualities are served by reinventing a meeting agenda from scratch every Monday morning.

Every template here is the kind a senior EA would hand to a colleague, with a quiet note: "start from this, then make it yours." Nothing is locked behind a sign-up wall.

What you’ll find

  • Meeting frameworks — agendas, minutes, decision & action trackers
  • Executive comms — briefing notes, holding emails, escalation wording
  • Operational checklists — board packs, events, travel, handovers
  • Relationship & calendar tools — stakeholder maps, diary themes, inbox triage
  • Career & CPD — training records, review prompts

What’s coming next

The library is intentionally simple right now. Planned features include user accounts, favourites, a markdown view for template bodies, a richer tagging system, and a moderated way for EAs to submit their own templates.

Built around four principles

  • Practical over pretty. Every template earns its place by being useful in real work.
  • Structured, not prescriptive. Strong scaffolding, with room for your judgement.
  • Calm and organised. A clean library you can scan, not a wall of files.
  • Free to use. Copy any template into your own tool, no sign-up required.
