Time Blocking Plan

Hour-by-hour weekly plan for an executive who keeps getting eaten by other people's priorities.

When to use this

Block the whole week before the week begins. Treat the blocks as appointments with yourself. Reschedule, don't delete.

## Rules
- Every block has a purpose, not just "free"
- Blocks marked **DW** are deep work — no calls, phone off
- Lunch is a block; eat at the desk only as the exception
- Last block of the day is the day's wrap-up, not a meeting
