When to use this

For when an email is too transient and a town hall is too dramatic. Memos endure: they get filed, referred back to, and forwarded.

> By audience segment if needed. Make it concrete: actions, deadlines, named owners.

## What doesn't change
> The reassuring section. Often forgotten; almost always useful.
