Look at the last 4 weeks. Ask the questions below. Be honest. Move time toward what produces results; remove what doesn't.

For each recurring meeting: - [ ] What's the meeting for? - [ ] Has it produced a decision in the last 4 sessions? - [ ] Is the right group of people in the room? - [ ] Is it the right cadence (could it be fortnightly? monthly?) - [ ] Could it be a written update instead? ## Time allocation - [ ] Hours spent in 1:1s - [ ] Hours spent in external meetings - [ ] Hours on deep / planning work - [ ] Hours on admin / inbox - [ ] Hours of unstructured (or "stolen") time ## Compare to intent - [ ] Does the split match what the executive said they want? - [ ] If not, what shifts in the next 4 weeks? ## Action list from this audit 1. 2. 3.
