Pre-Meeting Briefing Pack

Three-page pack the exec reads ten minutes before — context, counterparts, talking points, watchouts.

When to use this

Heavier than a one-pager, lighter than a deck. Use for meetings where stakes are high and prior context is thin. Keep it scannable; long paragraphs go unread.
