Pre-day-1 to day-90 onboarding for a senior hire — admin, tools, relationships, ramp.
When to use this
Used by the EA in partnership with HR. The point isn't to tick boxes — it's that the new joiner is set up to do good work as soon as possible, with the right people in their orbit.
