- [ ] Change log: what's different in the business this year (headcount, premises, products, geographies)

- [ ] Professional indemnity / errors & omissions
- [ ] Directors & officers
- [ ] Cyber / data breach
- [ ] Property and contents
- [ ] Business interruption
- [ ] Key person / life
- [ ] Travel
- [ ] Motor (if applicable)

## For each policy
- [ ] Coverage still appropriate (sums insured vs current exposure)
- [ ] Exclusions understood by the in-house owner
- [ ] Material change disclosed (acquisitions, new countries, new products)
- [ ] Premium trend over last 3 years
- [ ] Claims-handling experience: any issues to flag

## Decisions
- [ ] Stay with broker / market test
- [ ] Add or remove cover (with rationale, signed off by CFO)
- [ ] Confirm renewal terms in writing
- [ ] New policy documents stored in [location]

## Communication
- [ ] Updated insurance summary shared with finance and legal
- [ ] Insurance contact card updated and circulated
